Deleting your HeroPal account

The quick way, in the app: open HeroPal › side menu › Settings › "Your data" › Delete everything. The account and all its data are deleted at once, from the phone and from our servers.

Without the app: email us from your account address at contact@heropal.app with the subject "HeroPal account deletion". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we delete: your email address, password, the synced child profile, plans, check-ins, AI-written content, messages sent through "Help" and sign-in sessions.

What remains: technical error reports, with no personal data, are deleted automatically within 90 days. Payment history is kept by Apple or Google under their own rules. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
